The Atelier

Made slowly, by hand

True luxury is measured in patience. Follow a piece through the five stages that turn raw material into something worth keeping for a lifetime.

The difference is in the detail

What the eye never sees is what takes the longest

Anyone can make jewellery quickly. We are interested in the opposite — the hours spent on the parts you will never notice, because those are the hours you will feel every time you wear it.

Five stages of making

  1. 01

    Design

Every piece begins on paper. Proportions are drawn by hand and refined for weeks before a single tool is lifted — because balance cannot be rushed.

  2. 02

    Material Selection

We choose honest materials — surgical-grade bases, generous gold plating and stones matched by hand for colour and clarity. Nothing that will not last is allowed to begin.

  3. 03

    Finishing

Edges are softened, surfaces are brushed or mirror-set, and each join is worked until it disappears. This is the slow, invisible labour that separates fine from ordinary.

  4. 04

    Quality Inspection

Under the loupe, every piece is examined for symmetry, security and shine. If it would not pass to our own family, it does not pass to yours.

    Final Polishing

A last polish brings the metal to life and the anti-tarnish seal is applied. The piece is then rested, cleaned and prepared for its pouch.

“We would rather make one piece properly than a hundred quickly. That is the whole philosophy.”
