Returning in four steps

Request
Start your return within 30 days from your account or by emailing our client care team. We reply the same day.

Pack
Place the unworn piece back into its Liora Accessories box with the potli and card. Reuse the original outer box if you can.

Send
We share a prepaid, insured return label. Drop it at any partner point — no cost to you within India.

Refund
Once received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on any unworn piece in its original condition and packaging.
Yes — returns and exchanges within India are completely free. We provide a prepaid, insured label for you to use.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and engraved or personalised pieces are final sale unless they arrive faulty. Everything else is returnable.
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick quality check, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
